Existing Trade Online Customers

For those Benton's customers that are already using the old Trade Online website, you will also need to register on the new Trade Portal Site. Unfortunately we were unable to migrate your existing login details to the new Portal. Simply follow the steps outlined in the New Trade Portal Customers section, listed below, to re register.

New Trade Portal Customers

If you are a new account customer and you wish to gain access to our new Trade Portal just follow the steps below to register.

Step 1: Click on the login link above, this will open the the Trade Portal login page.

Step 2: Make sure you have a copy of your last statement and that it has the Trade Portal Reference number. If there is no Trade Portal Reference number, please call Benton's head office for assistance.

Step 3: Click on the registration button and then fill in the registration form.

• Account No: This is your Benton's account number and it can be found on your statement.
• Statement Date: This is the date of the statement you will be using to register.
• Statement Ref: This number will also be found on your statement (see above image, it is the Trade Portal Reference number).
• Email: Enter the email address you would like to use for emailing invoices, quotes or statements to.
• First Name: The account holders given name.
• Last Name: The account holders given surname.
• Username: Choose a username for this account (previously we used your account number. Now you have the option of setting your own username).
• Password: An alphanumeric value that you will remember.
• Confirm Password: same as above.

If all the information has been filled in correctly, you should now be able to login to the Trade Portal and access your information.
